His work has included information-security risk management, ISO 27001, internal audit, supplier assurance and supporting organisations in maintaining effective security and governance controls.
Working in professional and regulated environments has reinforced an important principle that now shapes BusyHive's approach: technology should support people rather than remove appropriate human judgement and control.
