About

A UK company built around careful, practical change

BusyHive AI works with small law firms that want less routine admin and better client communication, without the disruption of a large technology project.

About the Founder

Isa Faris founded BusyHive AI to help small UK law firms make everyday administrative processes simpler, more consistent and easier to manage through practical automation.

Isa brings more than 15 years of professional experience across information security, governance, risk and compliance, including experience within the UK legal sector. His work has included information-security risk management, ISO 27001, internal audit, supplier assurance and supporting organisations in maintaining effective security and governance controls.

Working in professional and regulated environments has reinforced an important principle that now shapes BusyHive's approach: technology should support people rather than remove appropriate human judgement and control.

BusyHive therefore focuses on practical workflows that can reduce repetitive administration, improve follow-up and create clearer process records, while keeping legal advice and professional decision-making with qualified legal professionals.

Isa's approach is simple: understand the business problem first, identify where automation genuinely helps, build appropriate controls around it, and focus on useful business outcomes rather than technology for technology's sake.

How we work

Principles we hold to

These are commitments about how we build and behave, not marketing claims.

Not a law firm

We do not give legal advice or exercise professional judgement on matters. That remains with your solicitors.

People in control

Approval points are designed in. Client-facing steps can always require a person to review first.

Confidentiality first

We work to the principle of least access, use only the information a workflow needs, and document how data flows.

No overclaiming

We avoid invented statistics and unrealistic promises. If automation will not help, we will tell you.

Where is routine admin slowing your firm down?

Tell us about one repetitive process in your firm. We can explore whether a practical workflow could make it simpler, more consistent or easier to manage.
